One Million text to support Scout show!

ONE MILLION TEXT TO SUPPORT SCOUT SHOW!

Salt Lake City, 29th October – over 20,000 Scouts, parents and friends joined leaders of Boy Scouts of America and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at an amazing show to celebrate 100 years of LDS participation in the Scout programme.

With a cast of over 1000 on stage, including the world famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir, enthralled the live audience with the 90 minute show – plotting the history and values of Scouting through the ages.

But across the USA and the world, Scouts and their parents gathered to celebrate the 100th anniversary in community halls, scout centres and churches – and everyone was asked to text in to say they were on-line – over ONE MILLION texts were received!
