Our 2030 Strategy
The Foundation Board, at its April 2022 meeting, adopted the framework of a 2022–2030 Strategy to raise and invest an additional 100 million to contribute to the education and development of over 100 million young, active citizens who will drive positive change in their communities worldwide.
We will achieve this by leveraging our experience and innovative approaches, in line with our values, to expand and engage a growing network of supporters and we call on you to join us to achieve this ambitious and worthwhile goal.

Three fundraising committees have been established to increase fundraising and engagement across the Foundation’s activities and audiences and are working on a range of priorities ahead of the September meeting of the Foundation Board. Several volunteers have already come forward to support this work in a range of areas, including strategic planning and fundraising, campaign development, support for engagement resources, and digital engagement and technology. Thank you to all those already involved!
