Rediscover our successful 2021 Virtual Investor Seminar!

The 2021 WSF Virtual Investor Seminar on Scouting and Resilience took place on 4 June for an audience of BP Fellows, partners and guests from across the globe!

Our programme featured WSF Honorary Chairman, His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, who gave the opening address, followed by a fabulous keynote address by Jennifer Hancock, BSA National Programme Chair, BP Fellow and well-deserved recipient of the Silver Buffalo this year for distinguished service to youth.

Inspirational Scout stories were shared by Dante (Switzerland), Ivy (Kenya) and Queenie (The Philippines); and an interactive Panel Questions and Answers session was then held with our Scout leaders, keynote speaker, WSF Director John Geoghegan and WOSM Secretary General Ahmad Alhendawi. WSF Chairman Hector Robledo Cervantes closed the session thanking BP Fellows for their continued support and the incredible fundraising efforts of the last year, and the entire event was hosted by phenomenal Scout MCs Emma and Džanin.

The response to the rich programme of inspirational inputs shared as well as the dynamic Panel Questions and Answers session, has been incredible and the Foundation is delighted to be able to share the full recording of the second session online here, along with the short recordings of our stunning keynote address by Jennifer Hancock, and the video introductions to Dante, Ivy and Queenie's experiences on our 2021 Virtual Investor Seminar YouTube Playlist.

We encourage BP Fellows and supporters of Scouting to share all of our event videos widely, along with copies of our Annual Report on Scouting and Resilience, to boost our collective fundraising and "friendraising" efforts for Scouting worldwide. Your continued support is vital to sustain and grow Scouting and develop even more resilient young people who are ready to take leadership in, and serve their communities around the world.
