Turning dreams into reality in Malawi
Meet Edward, a young Scout leader from Malawi, who constantly looks for solutions to help others around him thrive. Together with a small Scout team, he leads the Ticket to Life project, bringing Scouting to young people living in the Dzaleka Refugee camp.
Empowered through Scouting from a young age, Edward now passionately gives back to his local community through Ticket to Life, so that children and young people, including the most vulnerable, can gain self-worth, life and leadership skills, values and the support they need, to develop as active citizens in their communities who can drive even more positive change.
