DEADLINES: If you do not need hotel accommodation and provide your own transport you can register unitl 20th August 2015. In all other cases please register and book your hotel until and including 9th July 2015!

Scouting has a rich heritage that has produced millions of extremely talented young men and women. Do you want to see where the movement began in 1907 and experience how successful it has become today?
Yes! Then join this unique event hosted by the UK Chapter of the World Baden-Powell Fellowship.
You are invited to this exclusive event over the weekend of 4th – 7th September 2015, but you are encouraged to reserve your place early because reservations are being made on a first come first served basis.
The event will be based at the Runnymede-on-Thames Hotel in Surrey on the banks of the River Thames. Attendees will look forward to visiting the site of the signing of the Magna Carta on its 800th anniversary, spending an afternoon at the 89th Reunion of UK Scouting leaders at Gilwell Park in Essex, experiencing the campsite chosen to host the first ever Scout camp by Lord Baden-Powell at Brownsea Island Outdoor Centre in Dorset.
In addition attendees will also enjoy a supper on the River Thames during a river cruise via Windsor castle, a visit to the John F Kennedy Memorial and a tour by the National Trust around Brownsea Island.
