Nathan’s journey with Scouting began at age 11 and shaped his path to the U.S. Air Force Academy. He has served on Scouting America’s (BSA) Executive Board, leading national training, marketing, and events, including Philmont Conferences and two national jamborees. A former Navy search-and-rescue pilot and defence advisor, Nathan is now a founding partner at Insigniam, a global consulting firm.
Ambassador Ahmad Rusdi has a long and distinguished career serving Indonesia and Scouting. A Scout since elementary school, he continues to be a passionate supporter of Scouting at national, regional and global levels, and has also led a rich career as a diplomat for Indonesia. Ambassador Rusdi joined the Foundation Board in 2023.

Thijs Stoffer is a Dutch National who lives in in Kandersteg, Switzerland. With a background in strategic communications, political science and international relations, he has over 30 years of successful management experience in leadership positions in national and international businesses, industries and not-for-profit organisations operating in various national and multicultural environments. Thijs also has a long track record in Scouting at national, European and global levels. He is currently a member of the Kandersteg International Scout Centre Foundation. Thijs joined the Foundation Board in 2023.
