Dr. Abdullah Omar Nasseef is a Saudi chemist, geologist, and professor at King Abdulaziz University, who has been active in Scouting since 1956 and currently serves as Chief Scout of the Saudi Arabian Scout Association. A recipient of the prestigious Bronze Wolf Award, he has been a dedicated member of the World Scout Foundation, serving on its Board since 1990 and becoming a Life Member in 2020.
